By creating an account or using Graav, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Graav (operated by Casey McCallister).
Graav is a web-based dashboard that helps Etsy sellers track profit, margins, and business performance by manually entering monthly data. We provide this service on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email with reasonable advance notice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@graav.io.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts found to be created with false information may be suspended.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Graav. No credit card is required to start your trial.
After your trial ends, continued access requires a subscription at $5.99/month. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
The data you enter into Graav belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your shop data. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
If you cancel your account, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted, in case you change your mind. After that period it cannot be recovered.

Graav is a tool to help you understand your business data. The figures and calculations displayed are based entirely on the data you enter. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on information in your dashboard, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy of calculations if incorrect data is entered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graav's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Graav after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
