Refund Policy

The short version: we offer a full 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Because you get complete access before paying anything, we don't issue refunds as a general rule — but we're reasonable people and there are exceptions.

General Policy

Graav offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. We believe that's enough time to evaluate whether Graav is right for your shop before you're charged anything.

Because we offer a full-featured free trial before any payment is collected, we do not issue refunds for subscription charges once billing has begun. When your trial ends and your first payment is processed, you've had the opportunity to use the product in full and make an informed decision.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to your account through the end of your current billing period.

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

Note for International Users

Graav is operated by a US-based company. If you are located in the European Union, your local consumer protection laws may provide you with additional rights that this policy cannot override. We will honor any rights you are entitled to under applicable law.
